You can review images during the session so we can refine them together and create a headshot you feel confident using.

What’s the typical turnaround time for my headshots?
We know timing is important, so we offer a quick turnaround. You can expect your final images within 14 days after the session. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, and if you need your photos sooner for a specific deadline, we can prioritize your order for a small rush fee.
Can we get headshots for an entire team, and will the quality be consistent across everyone?
Absolutely! We have extensive experience working with corporate teams. We ensure that everyone’s headshots are consistent in terms of lighting, background, and overall style. In many cases we can actually match the style of previous headshots that companies are already using on their website when there are new hires. Our onsite sessions make it easier for everyone in a larger team to participate without taking too much time away from their work.
Do you provide retouching, and how many edits are included?
Yes, all headshots include basic natural retouching, which covers things like skin smoothing, flyaway hair, natural teeth whitening and adjusting lighting. In fact all the portfolio photos on this page have basic natural retouching! If you need more advanced retouching (e.g., background changes, more detailed skin work), We offer those services at an additional cost, which we’ll discuss in advance. We want to make sure you look your best while maintaining a natural look.
What rights do I have to the photos, and can I use them for social media or marketing?
Once you’ve received your headshots, you have full rights to use them for personal branding, LinkedIn, company websites, or marketing materials. The usage license means you can use them freely for professional purposes. If you have specific requests for usage or commercial use, I’m happy to discuss those as well.
How can I be sure I’ll get a headshot I love?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We’ll have a pre-session consultation to go over your goals for the shoot. If you’re not completely happy with your first round of photos, we offer a re-shoot or additional edits to ensure you get the perfect headshot.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my headshot session?
“Life happens! We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer a flexible rescheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 2 days in advance, and we’ll find a new date that works for you. Any last-minute changes may incur a small rescheduling fee, which will be clearly communicated.
